Our company started out with an idea that was radically different then everyone’s perception. When your computer is broken, you take it somewhere to get it fixed or wait to have someone fix it for you. Both options are frustrating and cost time and money. We noticed other managed service providers can fix computers remotely, but only if you are connected to the internet, which majority of the times a virus or software error can disable the ability to access the net, rendering remote IT useless. We spent years in development, but we found out how to remote access computers, even when it can’t connect. The answer was Atilla. With the ability now to access computers remotely, even with no internet, we are changing the way we can remote fix computers.
