The purpose of this title is to acknowledge that when we are hiring Caregivers, we are already hiring Heroes!  It is sometimes easy to forget, that unlike other job seekers, Caregivers work hard, in difficult circumstances, and for a lower wage than we might hope to present to them.  Hiring Caregivers, takes a different approach! Acknowledge their success as a Caregiver so far... how are you going to develop them further... and even the smallest show of appreciation can be the difference between "I accept," or "I reject".
